AI Jungle (“we”, “us”) is a US company (Delaware) operating welcometotheaijungle.com. For anything in this policy, write to hello@welcometotheaijungle.com. A human reads every message.

Information you give us. Your email and any message you type when you use a form on this site (contact, newsletter, free product delivery), and scheduling details when you book a call through the embedded Google Calendar appointment scheduler.

Analytics. We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to understand which pages and buttons are used: page views, clicks, approximate location, device and browser type. Until you accept analytics in the consent banner, this runs without cookies and without persistent identifiers, and session replay stays off. If you accept, we set analytics cookies and may replay sessions to fix usability problems. If you decline, we keep the cookieless, no-replay mode.

Purchases and email. Payments for digital products are processed by Stripe. your card details never touch our servers. Transactional email (delivery links, replies, the newsletter) is sent through Resend.

When we operate an agent system for a client, that client’s data lives in a private, isolated container dedicated to them. We do not use client data to train shared models, we do not mix it across clients, and we never sell it.

Only the processors needed to run this site: Hetzner (hosting), Cloudflare (network), PostHog EU (analytics), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), and Google Calendar (scheduling). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertising networks.

You can use this site without accepting analytics. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, email hello@welcometotheaijungle.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents have GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection); California residents have equivalent CCPA rights. To reset your consent choice, clear this site’s browser storage and the banner will ask again.

Leads and correspondence are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period after, then deleted. We’ll update this page when our practices change and adjust the date above. Questions? See also our Terms of Service and brand facts.

We may use the way a visitor reads this site—for example, which approved section they open first, whether they skim, and which approved proof sections they spend time with—to infer a temporary, non-identifying DISC-style content preference (D, I, S, or C). This is profiling within the meaning of GDPR Article 4(4), but it is not an attempt to identify a visitor or make a decision about their legal, financial, employment, or other significant interests. The preference is used only to reorder or emphasise existing page content and adjust the chat's tone. It is kept non-identifying and cookieless as far as reasonably possible.

Legal basis and balancing test

For this anonymous adaptation, the controller relies on legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f): AI Jungle LLC has a legitimate interest in presenting a usable, relevant site and measuring whether the approved experience helps visitors. The balancing test is maintained in the site privacy records. It considers the limited signal set, the absence of person-level EU identification, the control branch, the visible explanation, and the opt-out. The engine does not use this preference for eligibility, pricing, employment, credit, or other significant decisions.

A visible control lets you turn adaptation off at any time; an opt-out is persisted by the site and stops adaptation on subsequent recomputations. To opt out, use the “Turn off” control or contact hello@welcometotheaijungle.com. The site records only the opt-out marker in a first-party cookie for one year.

Retention, access, and rights

Anonymous reading events are stored in aij_l0 for 30 days. The anonymous site identity in aij_did is retained for one year, and the adaptation opt-out marker in aij_adapt is retained for one year. The derived preference is kept in the first-party state used by the site for that period and follows the configured EU PostHog project's retention where an analytics event is sent. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

RB2B person-level boundary

We do not use person-level identification for visitors in the EU. Any optional RB2B person-level signal is restricted to the United States, requires explicit consent before activation, and is used only for internal, backstage preparation. The RB2B signal never changes the on-page experience and is never exposed in frontstage PostHog properties. The account remains disabled unless it is explicitly enabled after signup, contract, and regional review.
