AI automation agency · built, run, approved by you

An AI automation agency that builds your agents, runs them every working day and leaves every send to you.

An AI automation agency builds the agents that take recurring work off your team: prospect lists, proposals, meeting briefs, follow-ups. AI Jungle builds them in the tools you already use, runs them after launch and keeps a person’s approval before anything leaves the firm. We work with firms in Paris, across France and abroad, remotely by default, and a consultant comes on site when you choose the Onsite Leverage Assessment.

What does an AI automation agency automate in a service business?

The recurring, text-heavy work around your clients, the kind a partner still rebuilds by hand at night:

  • Business development: contacts ranked, outreach drafted, a partner approves each message.
  • Proposals: a first draft built from your past proposals and your written criteria.
  • Meeting preparation: a sourced brief on the client and the history of the relationship.
  • Client follow-up: notes and next steps after each meeting, reviewed before they go out.

Automation here means an agent that prepares and a person who decides. Nothing is sent, signed or published without that person's yes.

Do you work with firms in Paris and the rest of France?

Yes, in French or in English. AI Jungle works with service firms in Paris, Île-de-France, the rest of France and abroad. Delivery is remote: sessions by video, agents installed in your own tools, data hosted in Germany at Hetzner. Your team never has to travel, and neither do your files.

When you want a consultant in the room, the Onsite Leverage Assessment ($9,999) adds an on-site demonstration and training for your team, with travel billed at cost.

How do I choose an AI automation agency?

Ask five questions, and keep the agency that answers each one in writing:

  1. Will you tell us when a process should not be automated?
  2. Who approves what leaves our firm?
  3. Who maintains the agents after launch, and how often?
  4. Where is our data hosted, and does it train a model?
  5. What do we keep if we stop working together?

Our answers: the Leverage Assessment can recommend no AI; a person you name approves; we maintain the agents; your data stays in Germany and trains no model; you keep a full export. For the complete list, use the AI automation agency due-diligence checklist.

What happens after the automation goes live?

The agents run every working day and we stay on them. We watch the runs, fix what breaks, and review results with you on a fixed rhythm: monthly for firms of 1 to 4 people, every two weeks from 5 to 20, weekly from 21 to 50.

Each correction your team validates becomes a written rule, so the next draft needs fewer of them. When the engagement ends, you leave with a full export of your data, rules and examples, and we delete the rest on request.

How much does an AI automation agency cost?

The price depends on the size of the firm, never on the number of seats. Our published grid:

  • Leverage Assessment: $999 Standard, $2,999 Department, $9,999 Onsite (travel billed at cost). Credited in full if you continue.
  • Build: $7,500 / $15,000 / $25,000 by firm size.
  • Leverage Program, for firms of 5 to 20 people: $5,000 a month for the whole firm, plus 5% of revenue growth or 15% of gross-margin uplift, never more than $10,000 a month averaged over the year.
  • Other sizes: from $499 per economic agent unit per month, plus 5% of the firm's growth above the previous 12-month baseline.

Before any fee, the free brief takes three questions and Loïc reads it before your call. Prepare my brief.

Should you hire an AI agency, an AI consultant or build it in-house?

Build in-house when someone on your team can configure, test and maintain the agents. Hire a consultant when you need a decision and can run the result yourself. Hire an agency that operates when the workflow needs integrations, corrections and training over time. Compare the three in agency vs in-house AI team, or read what an AI consulting firm does before the build.

What else do buyers ask an AI automation agency?

What is an AI automation agency?

A team that builds AI agents and automations into your existing tools so recurring work gets prepared without your people rebuilding it by hand. The useful ones also run and maintain what they build, and keep a person’s approval before anything leaves your firm.

Is there an AI agency for firms in Paris?

AI Jungle works with Paris and Île-de-France firms remotely, in French, with agents installed in your own tools and data hosted in Germany. The Onsite Leverage Assessment ($9,999, travel billed at cost) brings a consultant to your office for a demonstration and team training.

Which tools do you connect?

Email, calendar, CRM, shared drives and the messaging tools your team already uses. The Leverage Assessment confirms which ones connect before anything is built.

How much does it cost?

A build costs $7,500 / $15,000 / $25,000 by firm size. For firms of 5 to 20 people, the Leverage Program then runs the agents for $5,000 a month for the whole firm, never more than $10,000 a month on average. It starts with a Leverage Assessment from $999, credited in full if you continue.

Pick the process your team rebuilds every week.
