Engagement letter
AI consulting firm · from Assessment to running agents
An AI consulting firm for service businesses that want the work done, not another report.
An AI consulting firm studies how your business runs, decides where AI earns its place, and at AI Jungle it also builds the agents and runs them afterwards. You deal with one team from the first Leverage Assessment to the agent that works every day in your tools, and a person in your firm approves anything that leaves it. Prices are published: the Assessment starts at $999 and is credited in full if you continue.
Diagnose: one process, a written recommendation.
DecisionProposals: continue. Invoicing: fixed without AI.
Test: a bounded version on your own past cases.
DecisionHeld on twelve past cases. Build.
Build: in the tools you already use.
DecisionScope and approval points signed by the partner.
Operate: your team approves, we maintain.
DecisionRuns every working day, and a person approves each send.
Improve: every correction feeds the next version.
DecisionNext process: meeting preparation.
Example engagement: the decisions in the margin show the method, step by step.

What does an AI consulting firm do for a business of 5 to 50 people?
It answers three questions in order. Which recurring work is worth handing to AI? How should it be built so your team can check it? Who keeps it running once the consultants have gone? A business your size needs all three answers, because nobody in-house has the hours to maintain an agent after launch.
In practice, that means proposals drafted from your past proposals, meeting briefs built from your notes and CRM, follow-ups prepared after each call, prospect lists ranked for a partner to approve. Each agent runs in the tools you already use, prepares the work, and leaves the decision to the person you name.
Loïc Guyon, who founded AI Jungle, reads every brief before the first call. See the method, step by step.
How is an AI consulting firm different from an AI agency or a freelancer?
A consulting firm decides, an agency builds, a freelancer delivers a defined piece. The risk with the first is a report nobody acts on. With the second, a tool built before anyone checked it was needed. With the third, a build nobody maintains once the freelancer moves on.
AI Jungle does the three jobs in that order. The Leverage Assessment decides, the build follows only when the Assessment justifies it, and the same team operates the agents afterwards. If you mainly need something built and run, read our AI automation agency page. If you want one consultant on one workflow, see AI automation consulting.
How do I choose an AI consulting firm I can trust with client data?
Ask four questions before you sign anything, and expect a written answer to each. Here are ours.
- Where does our data live? In an installation dedicated to your firm, hosted in Germany at Hetzner. None of your data trains a model.
- Who approves what leaves the firm? A person you name. Emails, proposals and posts wait for their yes.
- Who else can see our work? Nobody. Your memory, data and rules stay in your own installation and never feed another client's system.
- What do we keep if we stop? Everything: a full export of your data, rules and examples, then deletion on request.
Then ask for one published client result and how it was measured. Ours is the Asia-Connect case: an executive search firm where AI Jungle installed and runs a business-development agent, and a partner approves every message before it goes out.
What does an engagement with AI Jungle look like, step by step?
- Diagnose. The Leverage Assessment: one consultant, two 45-minute sessions and a report reviewed by a person. It can recommend a build, a simpler process or no AI.
- Test. A bounded version runs on your own past cases, with a reviewer you name and the conditions to stop.
- Build. The agent goes into your tools, with its approval points and the cases it must escalate.
- Operate. The agents run every working day. We maintain them and train your people; your team approves.
- Improve. Each validated correction becomes a written rule, then the next process starts, or you stop there.
Every step ends with a decision that belongs to you: continue, adjust or stop.
How much does an AI consulting firm cost in 2026?
Most consulting firms quote after a discovery phase. AI Jungle publishes its grid:
- Leverage Assessment: $999 Standard, $2,999 Department, $9,999 Onsite (travel billed at cost). Credited in full if you continue.
- Build: $7,500 / $15,000 / $25,000 by firm size.
- Leverage Program, for firms of 5 to 20 people: $5,000 a month for the whole firm, plus 5% of revenue growth or 15% of gross-margin uplift, never more than $10,000 a month averaged over the year.
- Other sizes: from $499 per economic agent unit per month, plus 5% of the firm's growth above the previous 12-month baseline.
Start with the free brief: three questions about one process, no account, and Loïc reads it before your 30-minute call. Prepare my brief. Every term is on the pricing page.
When is a big consulting firm the better choice?
When the project is a group-wide transformation across several countries, with a platform to rebuild and dozens of stakeholders, a large firm has the teams for it. When the goal is to take recurring work off a team of five to fifty within weeks and keep it running, a boutique firm that builds and operates is the shorter path. Compare AI Jungle with the big consulting firms.
What else do buyers ask about an AI consulting firm?
What is the best AI consulting firm for a small business?
The one that tells you when AI is not the answer, prices the work before building it, and stays after delivery. Ask who reviews the agent each week, what happens the day it gets something wrong, and who maintains it in six months. AI Jungle is built for owner-led service businesses of 5 to 50 people.
How long does the first step take?
The Standard Leverage Assessment is two 45-minute sessions with a report in between. The Department version adds a two-week review of each department before the second session. Build time depends on the workflow and the tools to connect, and it is written into the scope before you sign.
Do we need a technical team?
No. Your team decides, reviews and corrects. AI Jungle builds the agents in the tools you already use, maintains them and trains the people who work with them.
Can we stop after the Leverage Assessment?
Yes. No build is required. The report is yours, and it can recommend a simpler process, a different tool or waiting.
How much does AI consulting cost at AI Jungle?
The Leverage Assessment costs $999 / $2,999 / $9,999 depending on depth, credited in full if you continue. A build costs $7,500 / $15,000 / $25,000 by firm size. For firms of 5 to 20 people, the Leverage Program then costs $5,000 a month for the whole firm, never more than $10,000 a month on average.
