The living website / Field notes

A website that learns.
With the evidence in view.

You can change the story on the homepage by choosing a context. Improving the website over time is a separate process: observe, propose, review, release, verify.

What the latest report says

Report dated

No experiment crossed the evidence rules in this report.

This is the latest report included in this release, not a live traffic counter. A booking click is a signal of interest, not a confirmed appointment.

How a change earns its place.

  1. Observe

Consented usage helps us find where a useful journey becomes difficult. Missing evidence stays missing.

  2. Propose

The weekly scout can draft a small experiment when the documented evidence rules are met.

  3. Review

A person reviews the change, the visual result and the measures that would make us stop.

  4. Release & verify

An approved change is released and checked in the browser. A proposal is never a shipped improvement.

The observation ledger.

Aggregate observations only. “No data” does not mean zero visitors or zero interest. These weekly reports do not establish an improvement in conversion.
