About AI Jungle
Transfer of Experience.
At the speed of AI.
We help owner-led boutiques turn the founder's expertise into custom AI agents the firm can run on after the owner steps back.
The method comes from a decade of Transfer of Technology work across regulated industries, moving senior expert knowledge from one country to another so production teams could deliver at spec. Documentation was never the hard part. The hard part was capturing the gestures, judgments, and corrections the expert did not know they were doing.
That discipline has a name: Transfer of Experience. Same shape. Different domain. We now do it for owner-led firms where the business mostly runs on what is inside one or two heads.
The difference is the delivery vehicle. In our prior work, the endpoint was a set of procedures a team could run on. Now it is a custom AI agent running alongside the team, improving as it learns.
Transfer of Experience, not AI strategy
We do one thing: take what the owner knows and turn it into a working system the firm can run without them. The method comes from a decade of Transfer of Technology practice across regulated industries in Europe and Asia, decoding senior experts so new teams in other countries could deliver to spec. AI is the scale vehicle, not the product.
Agents, not chatbots
A chatbot waits for a prompt. An agent monitors a feed, decides what matters, and executes a next step without being asked. The distinction sounds academic until an owner sees a morning brief arrive at 04:00 with twenty conversations already ranked the way they would have ranked them.
Memory is the product
An agent is only as durable as what it remembers between runs. We keep memory in readable markdown files and version-controlled rule sets, not opaque vector stores. When an owner wants to audit what their agent did on a Tuesday in March, we open a file and show them.
One delivery model. Four phases. Each phase sold separately or as a full arc. Most engagements start with the Audit.
Audit
We interview the owner, shadow real work, inventory the tacit knowledge, and deliver a Transmission Risk Report. Usable whether you hire us further or not.
Build
Custom agent in production, connected to the tools the firm already uses. Encoded with the owner's voice, rules, and judgment. Not a prototype. An agent doing real work.
Operate
A named person on our team reviews the agent's drafts each morning, approves or rewrites, logs every edit. A monthly brief summarises what went out, what came back, and what we changed.
Transmit / Scale
Transmit: successor onboarding so the next operator inherits a working system, not a pile of documentation. Scale: roll the agent across other partners or offices once the first seat is stable.
Owners of network-capital-heavy boutique firms, typically 50 to 65, running practices where relationships and judgment are the asset. Boutique consulting. Private banking. Specialty M&A. Headhunting. Family offices. Specialty law and niche advisory. Ten to eighty people. The owner closes the top accounts personally. Tacit knowledge lives in one to three heads.
They have usually seen AI pitches and dismissed them. What they want is a finite, structured way to transmit the firm forward, without trading legacy for modernisation and without working sixty-hour weeks during the handover.
The fit is wrong for teams who want a science project. The fit is right for owners who want a working system their successor can actually run.
An Asia-based relationship-capital boutique. Managing partner 60+, twenty thousand C-level connections, network built over three decades. Agent live since March 2026. Response rate on outreach: 35 to 40 percent, three to five times the industry norm. Currently in Phase 3, Operate. Phases 4 (Transmit and Scale across partners) are the stated endpoint.
We name exactly what phase we are in. We do not claim transmissions we have not delivered. Full reference available under NDA.
