Client zero

Every AI agent we propose to your firm has already done the same job for AI Jungle.

We are our own first client. Our agents read the morning news, write Loïc’s posts, prepare our invoices and answer first-line support for Pitstop, our product. Below are the eight jobs, the person or check that approves each one, and since when.

Three questions. Loïc reads your brief before the 30-minute call.

139 qualified meetings at Asia-Connect · 82 posts handed to Loïc since July · 349 site changes since August 2026

Figures as of 26 October 2026.

Diagram in four steps: a new agent first works for AI Jungle, then clears a written bar, then runs as a test for a client while sending nothing, then goes live at the client firm, where a named person approves what commits the firm.
The path a new agent takes before it does any work for your firm.

Eight jobs our agents do for AI Jungle

Invoicing, partner posts and first-line client questions: every consulting firm has them. Here is how our agents handle ours, what each one does, who approves it and since when, oldest first.

Moni, Invoicing

Running since

What it does
On the first of each month it prepares the invoice and the monthly report. On the fourth it flags an invoice still unsent, and on the fifteenth it checks the payment.
Who says yes
Both wait as drafts in Loïc’s mailbox and he sends them. A payment reminder is a draft too.

Pitstop support, Client emails

Running since

What it does
Answers support emails for Pitstop, our product, on three subjects only: how to do something the guide explains, access and passwords, and the status of the service.
Who says yes
Everything else becomes a ticket and a draft reply that Loïc approves before it leaves: billing, a bug, data, a sales question, or any case where the agent is unsure.

Brief and follow-up, Before the first call

Running since

What it does
When a visitor asks for their brief by email, they get it at once, then a follow-up on day 2, 5 and 10. The sequence stops as soon as the person books a call or unsubscribes.
Who says yes
Loïc reads every brief before the 30-minute call. The follow-up texts were written once, with our copy method, and go out on that schedule.

Hipo, Posts for LinkedIn and X

Running since

What it does
Writes Loïc’s posts from work that shipped and hands each one over ready to paste, at the hour that suits the network. An automatic check flags vague or padded wording before Loïc reads it.
Who says yes
Loïc publishes each post himself, or drops it. Hipo has handed him 82 posts this way.

Hipo, Newsletter

Running since

What it does
Every Saturday it picks objections from our bank of buyer objections and asks Loïc three questions about them. On Sunday it drafts the Monday and Friday editions in English and French.
Who says yes
Loïc’s answers are the substance of each edition. A scripted check reads every edition for broken links, missing parts and wording that casts doubt before it is scheduled.

SoFI, Morning news desk

Running since

What it does
Each morning it reads around a hundred news items from our field, drops press releases dressed up as news and keeps the three to seven that could become a post. On its first six mornings it read between 86 and 117 items each time.
Who says yes
Loïc. Nothing gets written from a pick until he answers GO on it.

This website, Pages and articles

Running since

What it does
Agents write and update the pages you are reading. The site has recorded 349 changes since the first one, and 57 articles are live in English with 57 in French.
Who says yes
Each change passes automatic checks and a review before it goes live.

Memo, Company wiki

Running since

What it does
Each night it checks our company wiki for contradictions, broken links and stale pages. Each morning it files the new notes in the right place.
Who says yes
A change to a source of truth, such as a price or a contract term, goes through a reviewed change that a person approves before it applies.

Each date is the day the schedule started or the first delivery on record. Figures as of 26 October 2026.

    Waits for a person

The schedule is the one AI Jungle runs on today. A client firm gets its own, set during the Diagnostic.

Every new agent works for AI Jungle before it works for you

An agent earns its place at a client by doing the job here first, on our own mail, our own news and our own invoices. When something goes wrong, it goes wrong on our desk, and the fix is in the agent before your firm sees it.

A client firm gets its own news desk only once ours meets four conditions.

  1. Ten mornings delivered out of ten
  2. Three picks a week that Loïc approves
  3. One publication a week from those picks
  4. Zero invented facts

Before it goes live, the client version runs as a test: it writes to a file and sends nothing.

What always waits for a human yes

Anything that commits a firm leaves only after a person says yes: a one-to-one message to a client, a proposal, a price, a contract, an invoice. At AI Jungle that person is Loïc. At a client firm, it is a named person on your team.

Marketing emails such as the newsletter and the brief follow-ups go out on schedule after an automatic check.

The same rules at a client firm: not one message sent without the partner’s approval, and 139 qualified meetings at Asia-Connect

Asia-Connect, a two-partner executive search firm. In 3 months of production use: 755 executives contacted, a 24% reply rate, 139 qualified meetings booked, 90 of them held, and 0 messages sent without the partner’s approval.

“In the last three months, the agent helped me to book more than 90 qualified meetings with executives I would never have had time to reach, and I approved every single message before it went out. It works while I am in meetings.”

Questions about our own agents

Does AI Jungle use AI agents for its own work?

Yes. Eight jobs run on agents today, from the morning news desk to invoicing and first-line support for Pitstop. Each one is listed above with its start date and the person or check that approves it.

Who approves what the agents send?

At AI Jungle, Loïc Guyon. Posts, invoices, payment reminders and any support reply outside three simple subjects wait for him. At a client firm, a named person on your team plays that role, and every draft waits for them.

Where does our data stay when an agent works for our firm?

Your installation is your own, isolated from every other client and hosted in Germany. Your data never trains a model. At the end of the contract you get a full export, and we delete the rest.

Which agent could my firm start with?

The one that takes back the most of the founder’s week. The free brief asks three questions about that work, a 30-minute call follows, and the Diagnostic tests the agent on your own files. It starts at $999, deducted in full if you continue.

Bring the work that waits for you.

Three questions. Your brief shows on screen, email optional, and Loïc reads it before the 30-minute call.
