What does the managed partnership cost?
There are three parts: a one-time Build fee, a Maintain fee by economic agent unit, and the agreed growth share. Build includes assessment and the first workflow and is $7,500 / $15,000 / $25,000 by firm size. Then the Partnership is $499 per economic agent unit/month for 1-4, $399 for 5-19, $199 from 20+ + 5% of growth: 5% above the previous 12 months. The Leverage Assessment ladder stays published at $999 / $2,999 / $9,999 and is credited toward the Build.
How does the growth share work? Do you look at our books?
The base is your revenue above the last 12 months, read from the figures you already produce, and written into the contract with the rate for your tier. The 5% share applies only to revenue above the previous 12-month baseline; the baseline, cap and contract terms are written before signing. Whatever we agree, you can verify it yourself.
Standard or Flash: which one should I pick?
Standard scopes and bills the Build. Flash waives Build with a 12-month commitment, an exit at month 3 and two qualified introductions; terms are confirmed in writing before signing.
What if the AI workflow does not work?
The Leverage Assessment produces a reasoned recommendation, alternatives and an action plan, reviewed by a human consultant. Before Build, we agree the scope and success measure in writing. Ongoing commitments and exit conditions follow the signing option you choose; an assessment does not commit you to it.
Will an agent ever send something to a client without me?
No. Nothing ships without your yes. Every outbound message, quote and post holds in your approval queue; you approve, edit or reject in one tap, in the messaging app you already use (Telegram).
