1. Services

AI Jungle provides India market intelligence consulting, personal AI agent services, and digital information products. All engagements are subject to individual agreements.

2. Digital Products

Digital products (playbooks, snapshots, templates) are delivered electronically upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

3. Consulting Services

Consulting engagements (Scout, Accelerator, Embedded tiers) are governed by individual service agreements. Payment terms, deliverables, and timelines are specified in each agreement.

4. AI Agent Services

Personal AI Agent subscriptions have a 3-month minimum commitment. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice after the minimum period. Your data remains yours and will be exported or deleted upon termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including blog posts, reports, and frameworks, is the intellectual property of AI Jungle unless otherwise stated. Clients retain full ownership of deliverables produced under paid engagements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Market intelligence reports and advisory services provide informed analysis, not guarantees. Business decisions based on our research are the responsibility of the client.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
