AI readiness quiz
AI readiness quiz for one workflow: is the work you want to hand over ready for an AI agent? Six questions.
Pick one precise piece of work, such as the proposal or the follow-up of a quiet client. Answer six questions about it. You get a score out of 18, the route that suits it and, for every weak line, what to prepare.
Before you decide
AI readiness, for one piece of work
Work is ready when its steps are written down, its sources are available and allowed, its judgment calls are known and one person owns the result. The quiz checks it line by line. The Scorecard measures where the whole firm loses time; the two tools work together.
The rule that decides
If the process lives only in someone’s head, keep it as it is for now. If the process, the sources or the judgment calls score under 2, set a simple rule first, without AI. Otherwise test an agent, once approval, access and ownership reach 2. It is the same rule as the checklist on the Leverage Assessment page.
A low score gives you a plan
Every line under 2 becomes a preparation step: write down the trigger and the finish, list the allowed sources, separate what follows a rule from what needs a partner. These steps often take less than a week, and they pay off even without an agent.
Questions owners ask
How do I know if my process is ready for AI?
Score six points: is the process written down, are the sources allowed, are the judgment calls known, is approval defined, can the tools connect without sharing passwords, does one person own the result each week. This quiz does it in two minutes.
What if my score is low?
Follow the steps listed under the result. They make the process transferable, to a colleague as much as to an agent. Take the quiz again once they are done.
How is this different from the Scorecard?
The Scorecard looks at the whole firm and its five leaks. This quiz looks at one piece of work, the one you want to hand over. Start with the Scorecard if you are looking for the work; with this quiz if you already have it in mind.
Does the Leverage Assessment repeat this quiz?
It starts from your answers and checks them on your own files. Loïc observes the work, measures the time and hands you a reasoned recommendation, the alternatives, including no AI, and an action plan.
Are my answers kept?
Only if you leave your email to keep the result. Otherwise nothing leaves the page.
