- Where it gets stuck
- Emails and web forms arrive while lawyers are in meetings or in court. Someone has to read each one, pull out the facts and decide who calls back.
- What the workflow does
- Each enquiry becomes a short summary: parties, dates, type of matter and the information still missing. It is routed to the right lawyer, who decides whether to take it and replies. Conflict checks stay in the firm’s own process.
AI for law firms
A client wants to know where the matter stands, and the answer is split between Outlook, the matter file and a colleague’s notes.
We connect the tools your firm already uses: Outlook, Word and Teams, your practice management software, your document management system and your e-signature tool.
AI for law firms is safest and most useful on the administrative work around a matter, not on the legal advice itself. It can summarise a new enquiry for intake, prepare a status update from the matter record and list the documents a client still owes you. AI Jungle installs these workflows in the tools your firm already uses, and a lawyer approves every output before it reaches a client. Legal analysis, conflict decisions and advice stay with your lawyers. The aim is for a partner-led firm to handle more matters with the same support team.

Three moments when a law firm still does the admin by hand
None of them is legal advice. All three repeat every week, rely on records the firm already keeps and end with a lawyer’s decision.
New enquiries pile up between meetings
Clients chase updates the team has to rebuild
- Where it gets stuck
- Every “where are we?” email means reopening the file, checking the deadlines and drafting a careful reply.
- What the workflow does
- A draft update is prepared from the matter record: the last step, the next one, the dates and the open items, each linked to its source. The responsible lawyer edits it and sends it.
Document requests go back and forth
- Where it gets stuck
- Missing IDs, contracts and statements are requested by email, one reminder at a time, and nobody sees the full list.
- What the workflow does
- A checklist per matter tracks what has arrived and what is missing, and prepares the reminders for the assistant or the lawyer to send.
Which flow should you start with?
Three questions, about a minute. The answer points to one of the moments above, or to a smaller step when a workflow would be too much.
Answer the three questions to see where to start.

Play The Profit GameDo we have to change our practice management software?
No. The workflow reads the records your firm already keeps, prepares a draft and puts it back where your lawyers work, once one of them has approved it.

Three conditions before anything acts
Your existing tools
The workflow runs inside the tools you already pay for, with the access rights they already have, so the team keeps its usual screens.
A named person approves
Every draft waits for a named person. Nothing goes out in the firm’s name without that approval, and exceptions go back to a human.
Every step leaves a trace
Sources, drafts, corrections and approvals are recorded, so you can see why an output was prepared and improve the next one.

Our only published case is not a law firm
AI outreach case study: Asia-Connect. Documented outreach at Asia-Connect over three months. One client and one workflow; results depend on context and execution.
“In the last three months, the agent helped me to book more than 90 qualified meetings with executives I would never have had time to reach, and I approved every single message before it went out. It works while I am in meetings.”
No published law firm case yet. Our published case is an executive search firm, where the partner approves every message. The first step is a test on one closed matter your firm has anonymised: you see the drafts, and you decide whether to go further. Legal advice stays outside the workflow. Read the case study
Questions law firm partners ask us
Which law firms is this for?
Partner-led firms where lawyers still handle intake, client updates and document chasing themselves, alongside their legal work. The workflows cover that administration. Legal research, drafting of advice and court documents are outside the starting scope.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
Where ChatGPT answers whatever you paste into it, a workflow starts from an event in your tools, reads only the matter records you allowed, prepares the draft in your firm’s format, waits for a lawyer’s approval and keeps a trace of each correction. Nothing is pasted into a public chat window.
Can you connect our practice management software?
Often, through the connections and access rights your software already offers. When a system has no usable connection, that step works from an export or stays manual, and the assessment states it before anything is built.
Where does client data go, and what about privilege?
Before anything is built, you receive the written list of every system that will read client records, where it is hosted, which model provider processes the text and whether that provider keeps it. Your firm checks that list against its secrecy and privilege obligations, and any step that does not pass stays manual. Each client deployment is isolated. The approving lawyer remains responsible for what is sent; AI Jungle is responsible for keeping the workflow inside its written scope.
What should we start with?
Usually intake or client status updates: they repeat every week, the facts already sit in your records and a lawyer can judge the draft in a minute. Use the selector on this page, then bring one real example to a 30-minute call.
Will the AI give legal advice to our clients?
No. The workflow prepares administrative drafts and a lawyer approves them. Advice, analysis, conflict decisions and anything signed in the firm’s name stay with your lawyers.
How much does it cost?
Prices are published on the AI Jungle pricing page and depend on the scope. A Leverage Assessment comes first, and it can conclude that a smaller change is enough.
Bring one enquiry or one status update, with names removed.
In 30 minutes we look at where the admin piles up, which records hold the facts and who approves, and whether a first workflow is worth testing.
