AI for consulting firms

The proposal is due Thursday, and the examples you need are sitting in three partners’ inboxes.

We connect the tools your firm already uses: Outlook or Gmail, Teams, your CRM, SharePoint or Google Drive, LinkedIn and your proposal templates.

AI for consulting firms pays off on the recurring work that eats senior evenings: proposal outlines built from approved notes and past examples, business development briefs for the partner, and a firm memory that keeps the founder’s reasoning findable. AI Jungle installs these workflows in the tools you already use, and one of your partners, named before the build, approves every draft before a client sees it. The point is to take on more mandates without a new hire for each one, so juniors stop interrupting the founder for precedents and the founder’s know-how stays with the firm.

Three moments when a consulting firm still carries everything by hand

Each one repeats every month, depends on context that lives in your tools, and already has someone who can judge the result.

The proposal restarts from a blank page

Where it gets stuck
After every pitch call, someone rebuilds the context, the scope questions and the right reference case from scattered notes. It usually falls to a partner, after dinner.
What the workflow does
The workflow gathers the approved call notes, finds comparable past proposals it is allowed to read and prepares an outline with assumptions and open scope questions. The partner sets fees, scope and the recommendation; the outline does not propose them.

Business development stops while the team delivers

Where it gets stuck
Warm contacts and promised follow-ups wait for the partner’s free evening, and during a mandate that evening rarely comes.
What the workflow does
A relationship brief and a proposed next message are prepared from approved records. The partner chooses who to contact and approves each message before it is sent.

The founder is the firm’s search engine

Where it gets stuck
Juniors ask the founder how a similar mandate was handled, because the reasoning was never written down anywhere they can find it.
What the workflow does
Decisions, deliverables and lessons from closed mandates are indexed with their sources, so a consultant can see how the firm approached a similar question and who to ask about it.

Which flow should you start with?

Three questions, about a minute. The answer points to one of the moments above, or to a smaller step when a workflow would be too much.

Where does the team lose the most time?
How often does it happen?
Who would check the draft before it goes out?

Answer the three questions to see where to start.

This is an exercise: nothing is sent when you use this selector.

Do we have to change our tools?

No. The workflow reads from the tools your firm already pays for, prepares a draft and sends it back to the place your team works, once a person has approved it.

  1. A pitch call endsNotes land in Outlook, Teams or the CRM.
  2. Approved sources are readPast proposals, case notes and the client record you authorised.
  3. A draft is preparedOutline, assumptions and open questions, each linked to its source.
  4. A partner decidesEdits, approves or rejects. Corrections improve the next draft.
  5. Back into your toolsThe approved outline goes to Word or Google Docs and the CRM is updated.

Three conditions before anything acts

  1. Your existing tools

The workflow runs inside the tools you already pay for, with the access rights they already have, so the team keeps its usual screens.

  2. A named person approves

Every draft waits for a named person. Nothing goes out in the firm’s name without that approval, and exceptions go back to a human.

  3. Every step leaves a trace

Sources, drafts, corrections and approvals are recorded, so you can see why an output was prepared and improve the next one.

Our published case: an executive search firm

AI outreach case study: Asia-Connect. Documented outreach at Asia-Connect over three months. One client and one workflow; results depend on context and execution.

“In the last three months, the agent helped me to book more than 90 qualified meetings with executives I would never have had time to reach, and I approved every single message before it went out. It works while I am in meetings.”

Franck Euvrard, Partner, Asia-Connect Executive Partners

Asia-Connect is a two-partner executive search firm, and the case covers outreach (the second moment above), not proposals. We have not run these workflows in a consulting firm yet. That is why the first step is a test: you share one past proposal and its call notes, we return an outline, and a partner judges whether it would have saved an evening. Read the case study

Questions consulting partners ask us

Which consulting firms is this for?

Owner-led strategy, operations, transformation and specialist boutiques where partners still write the proposals and run business development themselves. If nobody can name who reviews the output, it is too early to automate.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

Where ChatGPT answers the prompt in front of it, a workflow starts from an event in your tools, reads only the sources you approved, prepares the draft in your format, waits for a named person’s approval and keeps a record of the corrections. Keep ChatGPT if you like it; the workflow removes the copy-paste between it and your files.

Can you connect our CRM, SharePoint or Google Drive?

Usually, with the access rights your firm already has. If a tool offers no usable connection, that step works from an export or stays manual, and the assessment says so before anything is built.

Where does our client data go?

The workflow reads only the sources you authorise, from the accounts agreed in scope, and your firm’s setup is separate from every other AI Jungle client. The examples the workflow may reuse across clients are only those a partner has approved for reuse. The access list, hosting and model choices are written down before the build.

What should we start with?

The moment that costs the partners the most evenings, usually proposals or business development. Use the selector on this page, then bring one real example to a 30-minute call.

Will it replace a consultant?

No. The aim is to take on more mandates with the team you have and to keep the founder’s judgment available when the founder is busy.

How much does it cost?

Prices are published on the AI Jungle pricing page and depend on the scope. A Leverage Assessment comes first, and it can conclude that a smaller change is enough.

In 30 minutes, we pick the proposal to test together.

You then send it with its call notes, anonymised or under a confidentiality agreement. We return an outline, and a partner judges whether it would have saved an evening.
