Agency
Your AI workforce, run for you.
MAIDA is the managed mode of the AI Jungle workforce: we assess your firm, scope the roster with you, quote a fixed price, then operate the agents that own your loops. You approve the work, we run the system.
Assessment
We map your workflows, data, constraints and the loops where leverage leaks. You leave with a roadmap whether you hire us or not.
Start the assessment →Scoping
Together we pick the first workflow, design your agent roster, define the integrations and the approval rules. No generic bundles: scope follows the assessment.
Quotation
Fixed scope, fixed price, signed before we build. You know what ships, when, and what it costs. Then we deploy and operate it for you.
Scope and quotation always follow the assessment. We never sell a roster before we have seen the workflows.
Generic AI tools do not know where your firm actually leaks leverage.
Boutique firms run on tacit expertise, relationship intelligence, follow-up discipline, market context, and finance details. The first job is not to install another tool. It is to find the operating loop worth turning into a managed agent.
- ·workflow and opportunity map
- ·agent candidate ranking
- ·data and access posture
- ·human approval gates
- ·deployment roadmap
- ·pilot economics and success metrics
Audit
We map where expertise, follow-up, context, and money leak out of the current operating system.
Blueprint
We select the right first agent, define scope, inputs, approval gates, and measurable outcomes.
Deploy
We build the managed agent around real tools, real data, and the way the firm actually works.
Manage & improve
We operate the loop, review outcomes, tune behavior, and improve both the client agent and AIJ playbooks.

Client-specific by design. Each deployment is built around the client's process, data, voice, and approval rules.
Human-in-the-loop by default. Drafts, external messages, financial actions, and sensitive decisions stay approval-gated unless the client explicitly changes policy.
Improvement without leakage. Client outcomes improve the client agent; cross-client patterns improve AI Jungle templates and operating playbooks without sharing client data.
Do we need to know which agent we want first?
No. The assessment exists to choose the right first workflow. Bob (sales) is the first commercial wedge, but another agent may be the better first deployment for your firm.
Why is there no price list on this page?
Because the scope is decided after the assessment, not before. Every MAIDA engagement is quoted on a fixed scope once we both know which workflows the workforce will own. If you want self-serve pricing, AIJ-OS plans are public.
Is this software or consulting?
Neither, exactly. AI Jungle is a managed agent agency: we assess, build, deploy, operate, and improve client-specific agents.
Can the agent act without approval?
External actions are human-approved by default. The operating policy can evolve only after trust, data posture, and success metrics are clear.
What is the difference between MAIDA and PAIDA?
Same AI workforce, two operating modes. MAIDA (Managed Artificial Intelligence Digital Agents) is run for you: we operate the whole system and you approve the work. PAIDA is done with you: the same workforce on your own private AI operating system, where you drive and we keep it maintained.
Leave with a roadmap, not a pitch deck.
Start with one workflow. If the assessment says the first agent should not be built, we say that too.
